Dr. Regina Munden

Dr. Regina Munden, VMD

Medical Director

Dr. Regina Munden grew up in South Florida and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and Masters of Science in Pharmacy in 2006 from the University of Florida. After completion of her master’s degree, she joined the Gene Therapy Program at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and was accepted into their veterinary school. Following graduation from University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014, Dr. Munden then completed a three-year residency program at Penn State’s College of Medicine for comparative medicine.

Dr. Munden has worked in small animal practice and relief work since 2016, has recently relocated to Massachusetts, and enthusiastically joins Boston Animal Hospital as our Medical Director. It is her mission to be kind, compassionate and loving to both her patients and their families, to provide owners with the best veterinary care through recommendations and information to make the best choices for their furry family members.

Dr. Munden’s areas of interest include preventative and routine veterinary care including use of routine diagnostics and preventatives, dermatology cases (chronic otitis externa/ear infections & allergies), behavior cases, comprehensive oral care throughout a patient’s life, pain management using a multi-modal approach and nutritional management for clinical cases. She also enjoys surgery and dentistry.

Dr. Munden is a member of the National American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and continues to seek out continuing education to continue to advance her professional skills and knowledge in the field.
When not at work, Dr. Munden enjoys spending time with her daughter, her French bulldog and Pomeranian (pictured with the gorgeous smile!), as well as her four rescue cats and growing number of chickens. She enjoys Boston’s sport teams, Broadway plays/concerts and trying restaurants in the greater Boston area.

Dr. Jane Dreske

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Dreske grew up in Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience and Behavior from Assumption College. She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University and was clinically trained at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Dreske’s special interests include ophthalmology, preventive medicine, and dentistry. When not caring for her patients, Dr. Dreske enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her coconut retriever, Charlie.
